JellyBean on Nexus One

So they said Nexus One wont get ICS and was dumped to live with Gingerbread, but of course the excellent developers at XDA would never abandon the good old SexyNexy and they gave it some ICS love.

And then came JellyBean and again the amazing developers at XDA were not going to leave behind the Nexus One again .

Thanks to texasice @XDA , Nexus One now has JellyBean.

The release is still in PreAlpha stage so there are some bugs, but whats working is more than what you would expect in a prealpha release.

Whats Working :

  • Data is working for me
  • Wifi + Tether
  • Bluetooth
  • Rotation
  • Mic
  • Sound
  • Usb Mass storage
  • HWA is a bit slow. But working fine for now.
  • Gps
  • Apps2sd
  • Trackball

So if you have a nexus one and want to get some jellybean taste, head over to the thread at XDA.

Happy Flashing !!!
